Sold stuff in guild store but didn't receive gold.

I've been selling stuff in the guild store and twice now I've not received the mail or gold from selling the items. My mail isn't full. I have the addon that says what you sold in chat and when I go to listings the items not there. I've lost about 25k in the guild store. Does anyone know a fix, or just bug report.

✭✭✭✭✭Are you checking your mail right away? It often takes me a while or going to a different zone for my mail with the gold to appear.
If you've done that, I'd start a report. Using the Ask For Help option will get an email sent to you, which you can attach a screenshot of the add on report if you need to show which items you are missing the gold from.0 -

It is much easier and less time consuming to just teleport to a different zone.
