Actually, I guess having a small tuned-'programmable' npc that move from point A, B, ..., C and do a list of emotes a1, a2, b1, b2, c1, c2, etc. at those locations is not that hard to have - both for the devs and for us player to 'program' it. But yeah, that's not necessarily the first thing to put development effort right now. (and I guess this would cost a lot of crown to financiate back anyway )
