No, I prefer how skill morphs work now.
I like how you have to decide on a build.

Yes, I would like the option to buy both morphs of a skill.
I would like that, but you can have only one morph active at a time, and be able to switch between them for free.

For me it would be particularly useful with Force Shock/Crushing Shock adjusting when needed without the need of morph respec.

I would LOVE this, as it would keep me from having to pay gold to respec certain skills when switching from PVE to PVP. Seriously, I have an addon that lets me switch between gear sets and skills, but, if I want to change skills for PVP, I have to do the respec thing - annoying.

No, I prefer how skill morphs work now.
    Simple examples:
    A. Nightblade class. Both morphs of the cloak, one heals, another one hides = broken when available on the same character.
    B. Sorc. Stacking empowered ward, hardened ward and both morphs of annulment or other sick things like 4 pet sorc xD.
    C. 2h weapon. Rally and forward momentum, both tickinging, both giving separate advantages depending on situation.
    D. Any dot. Having both morphs would allow to stack them making bleed builds even stronger.
I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.

I would love to have Loadouts that include gear and skills. Switch between PvP and PvE loadouts. You could take it a step further by adding CP to the loadout. I'd be happy to purchase extra loadout slots with real $$$.

    This, please.

I’d rather Zos sell us a portable altar we can respec at ans provide ESO+ with free respecs.

Edit: this is probably more likely.

lol umm...only one morph would be available to use at a time.....it’s just a way to bypass the need to respec constantly...you could choose to spend additional skill point on the other morph n swap one for the other without having to the whole Respec Morphs

I would love to swap between flawless dawnbreaker and dbos for pve and pvp without spending 1k to respec. This is the skill where this ability has the most benefit.

Others have also mentioned inner light vs radiant magelight. Same story.
    Bosmer Stamina NB
    Altmer Magicka TEMP
Dunmer DK both stam/mag (depends what I feel like)
    Altmer Magicka NB
    Breton Magicka Sorc

I'd like the options to be totally open. Crystal frag on my inferno bar, Crystal blast on my lightning bar. That would totally be worth 3 skill points lol
I've been wrong before, and I'll be wrong again.

Yes, but with the caveat its only available after you reach CP160. New players might use up too many points on both morphs thinking its smarter when they need to be putting those points into passives.
