Rededication Shrine Furnishings?

I've yet to find a rededication shrine that you can put in your house, so I was wondering if these exist in the game. Would be nice to have my rededication shrine and mundus stones all in the same spot for easy switching between PvP and PvE gear/skill/mundus setups.

You can do this easily enough by buying a respec scroll in the CS.
