@AntiBOt , be aware that it might be intentional. There was one good change how enchants work (DoTs remember weapon and trait they were fired from) in the patch, but there also was a bugfix that said infused trait on off hand no longer reduces cooldown of enchantment on main hand. So, compared to last patch, glyph on main hand will fire twice less often, I think it was intended and it should be in patch notes.
@John_Falstaff
i see that in patch notes but i cant wrap my mind around it.
My offhand weapon was never infused,it was sharpened.
Enchant cooldown 4 secs, infused drops it 2 secs, with torugs added it should fire every 1.33 secs.
Enchantment cooldowns increased?
@AntiBOt , I must've overlooked that your main hand is infused; the way it is, then, you will observe your off-hand enchant firing twice less often. I'm not sure how to explain less damage to daedra (since prismatic will be firing just as often as before), but your shock glyph will fire less often now.
The substance of the fix was, before Wolfhunter, if one of DW weapons had infused trait, then cooldown was lowered for glyphs on both hands. So the glyph on your sharpened weapon (without Torug's) used to be able to fire every 2 seconds, even though trait says otherwise. Now, infused only affects the glyph on the infused weapon, so sharpened weapon is back to firing every 4 seconds (or lower on Torug's).
On another hand, you can get even some increase of damage in Wolfhunter, because DoTs now 'remember' glyph and trait of weapon. I got a large boost with prismatic-enchanted infused bow on back bar, since now it keeps consistently firing as long as Endless Hail is up, on any bar. (Caveat: same glyphs on different bars share cooldown, so if bow is prismatic, have to remove prismatic from front bar.)
@AntiBOt using dual wield is making this complicated. Can you test with a two-handed weapon and see if the issue occurs there?
