Jumping on highgrounds

I often see people staying on wayshrines, highgrounds or something else, but I've never seen the way they reach these places
Can someone explain me that paradox because I cant sleep at night thinking about this :0

Atro jumps sometimes.

You duel a sorc and they place an atro on top of the structure you want to climb. Then you use a gapcloser to teleport to the atro.

While some are guessing it would depend on the high ground how someone gets there.

Max horse speed will allow you to jump to alot of hard to get places and even outside of the map.

If jumping cost stamina this wouldn't be a problem.
