How to report player/submit clip to ZOS?

Xbox NA was selling 1k silk for 80k. In trade window I put the silk in and he put the 80k I hit submit and they changed price to 8k and submitted in a split second. I know I’m at fault but how can they change the price without it backing me out to where I have to submit again? Anyway I made a video
Clip of our price agreement and the trade and me telling him he only gave me 8k and him running off. Idc about the few K gold I lost I just despise low life’s so how do I report and or show clip? Is there any use?
Edit: as far as I know when on Xbox the only way to report is if you’re close enough to the player to interact with them.

I don’t expect to get anything back but isn’t there something they can do to the person that did it. I just tested my theory with a few friends in game. If we are trading and they put an item in to trade, I put in X amount of gold and if they hit X to submit them I change gold amount it will back them out of being submitted to trade. Idk how ppl do this but it’s complete BS. And I know I should have waited for them to submit first and that’s on me but that’s no excuse to allow ppl to do this.

lag probly the console servers are horrid but still theyll blame it on you and likely wont touch them. scammers(outside of gold sellers) really dont get banned ive heard so many get reported and their still running around scamming people.0
