They have never been "accurate" as far as I can tell.

They sum up dots and are rarely in the proper order.

You could call it a bug, but it seems to just be a synapsis of what occurred... not a detailed and timestamped listing.

You may have reflected his attack back at him?

Doesn't the death recap list what current attacks/skills killed you, meaning they could be from multiple players?

That lethal arrow that showed up on the recap, even though you didn't use that skill, someone else may have used it, and it contributed to killing that player.

When i look at my death recaps, sometimes it shows what killed me, and I know some of the skills were not by the player I saw kill me. I think it lists the names of the players as well, or at least I think it does on Xbox.

I could be wrong.
