Resto Staff Passive (Major Mending)

I've been doing a lot of testing on Cleanse from the Alliance war support line lately. Getting Major Mending buff to proc off the heavy attack from the resto line is a little tricky / clunky to say the least. I was only able to get it to actually show the buff when I equipped Jorvulds which added 40% increase to uptime of buff (1.2 seconds). Maybe of course its all just lag and such but I am thinking the resto passive that gives 3 second buff to major mending should be increased to 5 seconds. The max you would be able to get than would be 7 seconds with Jorvolds. A heavy attack seems to take longer to complete these days and I know this passive has not been adjusted since launch. It might be a good idea to buff this passive at this point.

Ill apply rapid regen, healing springs to an area, templar cleanse and the light from purifying light once all are applied i throw a heavy attack to buff up my healing. Templar minor mending + heavy attack major mending = 28% more healing on 4 already applied HoTs in a trial. I dont think the MM on heavy attacks needs to be adjusted

In pvp getting the heavy attack to proc seems like it takes longer and it doesn't always give you the buff. it's probably lag but without jorvulds i wasn't able to actually see the buff proc on myself. It should be completely reliable proc with heavy attacks.
So if testing without and with jorvulds i was able to get it to proc 90% on heavy attacks and 0% without it. No clue why probably just lag but If we are building rotations based on procs and buffs it sure would be nice to have it 100% reliable.

cast time on heavy attack is something like 2.3 seconds to get a 3 second buff. Not sure if that makes any sense.

They really dont want people to have MM. Healing is already an issue.
