Making friends in ESO [PC-NA]

About a month after Summerset launched I switched from playing ESO on PS4 to PC and overall the change has been great. Increased performance, the addition of addons, and just being able to play with mouse and keyboard have made the switch worth leaving my PS4 account behind. That being said I have been having a hard time meeting people and making friends on PC without the built in voice chat that console has. Maybe I just haven't found the right guilds yet but so far it seems like people on PC are much less willing to join a group with someone from zone chat and get into discord to run small scale PVP or challenging PVE content like vDSA and vet DLC dungeons let alone take that person into their group. I thought maybe it was because I looked like a n00b so I grinded my way up past 500cp, got "The Flawless Conqueror" title, and got my self buffed DPS up to almost 35k, but I'm now sure that wasn't the problem because I've been sitting in Craglorn for the past 2 days spamming "dps lfg vdsa" or some variation of that in zone chat to no avail. Sorry if this turned into a mini rant, I understand fully why people don't like to PUG. I'm just wondering if maybe someone has some advice for me on making friends, or even just getting into a group to do end game content or small scale PVP.

I´m on EU so not sure if there´s a difference, but... you probably need to get into a good guild. Max CP won´t hurt either. Craglorn might not be the best place to look for a social guild. I only use Craglorn for trial farming. We don´t really go on discord since everyone usually knows what to do, and if they don´t Discord usually doesn´t help since those people are... not good at taking instructions. :#

vDSA is hard to get a group for, especially in Zone chat... many have done it... I have only manage to finish it once because it takes so long to get a group and someone might ragequit, D/C or something. Better to get into a guild for it.

IMO just play in popular zones and look out for a guild advertisement that suits you.

Try to join the Legend guild. Also you should Join these two discords and just say hi. Most small scalers on PC NA are in at least one of them.
