I need advice (in my "Holy War")

For several months now I have been watching as a few 750 CP character who uses a bot to extract resources on Bleakrock and Betnikh. In that it's a bot you can make sure, just watching him for a couple of minutes. And I'm more than sure that I have not alone noticed this bot, I'm sure it existed long before I found it.
And now about the problem: reports had no result. On the forum video or screenshots with its nickname are forbidden. So what do I do that there was at least some sort of result?

yahuhu✭It looks like that. I do not know what methods ZOS use to detects bots, but they obviously do not work. Although, it would seem, you just need login in game, in the most favorite bots places, and you will see them. But no, at best, the bot ban takes 3 days, and at worst - people like me just waste their time and nerves.0

✭Bot Scanner 2000 is the easiest way to report bots in game. Only takes a few seconds, and is capable of pulling all the account names out of the bot "blobs".3 -

✭✭✭✭✭It occurs to me, that the initial report is probably handled by the automated system. When your ticket gets updated, you might want to upload any video and picture evidence onto that ticket, via the site. That might be the critical step that most of us are missing, when we file reports.1 -

Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.

Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -
