When the new patch hit, myself and a few of my friends can not change quickslot items.

I can Use the quickslot wheel and the items inside it, but I cant replace those items with other things such as potions etc. The "quickslot" area in inventory is blank

happens for all characters, even if I restart game or reload ui's. No addons either.
