Problems entering queue for new dungeons

I queue'd to do normal MoS. When I got my pop, it wouldn't let me accept or decline it! So when the invite timed out, I reloaded my UI, and tried again. I got another pop, but it did the same thing! Is there a work-around?

✭✭✭✭✭I finally got in a group for vet, outside of group finder, and it gave me the same issue with Ready prompt! Had to wait for it to time out then told the group i was ready even though it wouldn't let me click yes.
