ESO Plus just ran out. Should I wait?

ESO plus just ran out. I was gonna wait the 2 weeks for WolfHunter on console to get more crowns with it. Is the crowns increase with WolfHunter? It really sucks not having Plus.

The increase comes with the release of Murkmire, not Wolfhunter.
