There is limited amount of sound that are played for me. over 90% of sound effects simply is not working. What is that @ZOS_GinaBruno ?

On which platform and megaserver do you play TESO? ZOS cannot investigate the problem without that information. (Please read Guidelines For Bug Report Forum.)
On the face of it, the problem is more likely to be a hardware or operating system issue than a flaw in the game client or megaserver software. You might receive better support and advice by posting your question in the Customer Support section of this forum according to the platform on which you play the game:

It's fixed already. All what I needed to do was "just" downloading 30 GB repairing files for 3 GB update to work properly...0
