torugs pact bugged?

I am doing nearly half the dmg from my enchant since patch came out.Checked out with ftc.
Dual wield, infused main hand,sharpened off hand.

✭✭✭✭✭It could be because they stopped allowing the infused off-hand to effect the enchantment on the main hand.0 -
AntiBOtSoul Shrivennope i just tested again its bugged,
i only have enchant on my my hand and only my main hand is infused.
its proc'ing in average 3.7 seconds(charged enchant) with torugs pact+infused.
it used to proc around every 2.5 seconds.
