If you are running the above mentioned program... the auto setting in the fire wall (for me) would not allow the program through... once I went in to the settings and set it specifically to "allow" I was able to sync with the ESO servers to play and no longer got the message above.

As you can read in the topic of LOGIN ERROR ISSUE, the error 201 is linked with your anti-virus.
If you want to play the game but still let your anti-virus ON, you should create an exception for ESO.Edited by ZOS_PierreL on April 6, 2014 4:06AM0 -
