Hold to Interact with player wheel bugged/unusable

Unable to use any options (such as invite, trade, duel, etc) from the Interact with Player wheel. Unable to accept duels, or accept queue pops for dungeons/battlegrounds.
The options on the wheel aren't usable anymore. After pressing F in the wheel, the icons double and crowd up the wheel as shown in the screenshots above.

✭Tried disabling UI changing addons yet?
I don't see this issue and I don't have any addons besides Lorebooks, Skyshards and Map Pins. I also use gamepad UI though too so that may have something to do with it.0
