Blessed Crucible bug, cannot progress.

So this evening I was clearing up some dungeon achievements for Undaunted XP. I was running through The Blessed Crucible and during the Troll King encounter he's supposed to leap on the Beast Master and kill her, he has however decided to spare her (perhaps he got fed up of doing the same thing over and over?) and it blocks any progress in the dungeon. I've reset this and ran it 2 more times and the same thing happens, what gives?
