I am a bit disappointed that I have to constantly build up Ultimates in order to play as Werewolf, and then only for 30s.... or am I missing something ??
Under your stamina bar is a small bar which tells you how long you have as a WW. You get more time if you devour your victims by standing over their corpses and pressing 'E'...

They didn't outright remove the timer on werewolf form, they just changed the Blood Rage passive to better suit the momentum of werewolf. Prior to Wolfhunter, Blood Rage would add 3 seconds to your transformation every time you took damage, however it now adds 3 seconds every time you deal damage. So long as you are dealing damage, you're constantly gaining time towards your transformation, which better maintains the momentum from one kill to the next.
In PVE you are now able to stay in werewolf form for basically the whole dungeon/trial, as long as you are dealing damage, and in PVP you no longer have to build around a 30 second commitment to pure damage before dying when you inevitably come out of werewolf form.
There are several passives for it, it is even easier in a wolfpack, and if you devour corpses, which is WAY smoother now and you dont need to unlock it, you extend it.
Playing a werewolf feels great now to be honest. And so long as you attack and devour, you can keep it up indefinitely.
