Why is the increased cost on Channeled Focus back at the last minute on Live ?

It was reverted 3 weeks ago on PTS patch 4.1.2 to its original cost to come back sneakily on the Live patch, is there a particular reason ? Templars are too OP ? :'(

✭welcome to ESO. Its a common thing to ninja nerf stuff on the live iteration of the Patch where you cant even do Testing anymore and then you gotta eventually live with it for the next 3 months.Edited by ATomiX96 on August 13, 2018 10:56AM1 -

Channeled Focus (morph): Increased the cost of this ability to 1891 Magicka from 1080.
My guess? Gina had this typed up prior to Quakecon0
