Yeah that's what I heard about Quakecon stream loot but not sure about the drops enabled for streamers ones.
I used to get them by now but the event is over and I got nothing..

✭✭✭Oh, those aren't a sure thing. They used to come sometime right after the stream ended if you won. Last few times, I believe they came the Monday after the weekend if you won.
Personally spent about 20ish hours watching 8 different streams a few weeeks ago when they were enabled and didn't get a single one.
