What exactly do I need to do to get the crates? Watch the stream in its entirety? Or by opening it, I basically get one time chance to get the stuff? Or how does it work? The web article doesn't really explain anything.

    That's only for the console players. PC players should link their Bethesda and Twitch account, and watch the stream for a while.

    Just say something in the chat while the stream is playing
    (Math before coffee, except after 3, is not for me)

    Where do I find the twitch drops? I looked in the inventory and it's not there.

    "To link your ESO account to Twitch, follow the instructions in this help article. Note that you are only able to link PC/Mac game accounts. The Ouroboros Crown Crates and Flame Atronach Wolf pet will be delivered to your ESO account by Friday, August 17."

    I already linked my twitch account to my eso account. And I watched the entire stream.

    Not required, just link your ESO account to Twitch and watch the live streams. No idea where this "say something in chat" nonsense came from, but it definately isn't a requirement. I've watched a few live streams and never said a single word in chat and always receive Twitch drops.

    You should receive an email to notify you of a code redemption to your ESO account for each Twitch drop you receive. After that you just log in-game and open the Crown Crate UI, the one where you normally open Crown Crates. Your Twitch drop crates will be there waiting for you to open them.
