I believe the next event will be the IC Anniversary event followed by the Witches Festival.

Last year's IC event was Thursday, September 7 at 10:00am EDT and finished on Monday, September 18 at 10:00am EDT. If it's the same weeks/days this year then I guess that would be Thursday, September 6 at 10:00am EDT and finishes on Monday, September 17 at 10:00am EDT.

Last year the temporary 7 day campaigns were still in existence for the IC event. This year they are not. So, I expect it's going to play out entirely differently. Much more PvP and no alliance dominating the overground districts or the centre of the sewers.

Witches festival dates look a bit harder to call. Last year it started 10:00AM EDT on Friday, October 20 and ran 'til Wednesday, November 1 at 10:00AM EDT. If they stuck to the same weeks/days then that would be from 10:00AM EDT on Friday, October 19 and finish on Wednesday, October 31 at 10:00AM EDT. Given the significance of October 31, and not wanting to finish Holloween at 10 in the morning, I'm pretty sure they will change the weeks or days this year. If they ran it a week later that would be October 26 to November 7. We'll have to wait and see.
