Imperfect Asylum Staff

Is it worth running the imperfect version of The Asylum Inferno Staff on my MagSorc? I don't have the vMA staff so I lose the 4 & 5 piece Burning Spellweave on my front bar if I slot The Asylum Staff. The only DD skills on my front bar are Crushing Shock and Frags so I don't think I'll be losing much chance to proc.

You can still run two 5-piece sets and Asylum weapon.

✭✭✭✭✭It's not worth it anymore. Since elemental weapons exist, the normal Asylum staff is no longer interesting. And at last since you could have 2 set pieces instead of that, it became even less usefull. Even the perfected Asylum staff is hard to justify for me anymore, when I could have much better stats by using a 5 set piece.
I will wait for them to buff Arena weapons with Murkmire and then we can talk again.Auri-El is my lord,

In that case, as @Dracane said, it’s not really a viable build for that type of content.0 -

I still like my perfected asylum with MA/BSW in 4 man dungeons because of greater burst, aoe and more debuffs when going 3 DD. But not in trials, ele weap wins there.0
