Current price per 100 crowns if you buy the 21k pack is .50 usd. Basically, with this sale and only for the highest pack, it would be worth it to me to purchase this. Essentially they are half what I get them for through eso plus. Am I upset we do not have 75$ 21k packs? No. Am I dissapointed? No. Do I wish they would return? Absolutely.

Nah just not enough discount to make it worthwhile, I’d rather have the money where I can use it. And since radiant mounts came out I don’t need them so much any more as I can’t get what I want with them anyway. Zenimax marketing department have saved me a lot of money this last year.

I just know if they were at the 40% sale price I would have bought without event thinking about it at least one 21000 crown pack and possibly (because I wouldn't know when the next sale might be), 2 of the 21000 packs. As it stands now... I will hold on to my money and just use what crowns I get from ESO+

Eh, I’ve worked in customer service long enough to see the writing on the wall. I can’t predict the future, but afaik this is as good as it’s gonna get.

I'm not going to buy any, but not entirely because of the price, I'll buy crowns at full price if there's something I really want.

But I still have several thousand unspent crowns on my account so I don't feel like I need more at the moment, and the sale price isn't good enough to make me think it's worth stocking up now. If I didn't have any crowns already I'd definitely buy some, and if the sale price was better I'd probably buy some, but as it is the combination of the two factors makes me think I'll skip this sale.

People whine... "prices in Crown store are so high"... sale on Crowns appears, "prices during Crown sale are so high".

Point is... if you do not buy Crowns when they are on sale, then I don't feel you have much of a right to complain about Crown store prices... because IF you bought Crowns on sale, the price you pay for items would be less in the long run. So next time a major item is added to the Crown store, most of you will complain that you aren't going to pay that price, yet if you'd bought discounted Crowns, it would be 30% less.

Plus, I believe ZOS is trying to coerce people to buy the highest priced pack, thus they give the best discount there. I don't expect this to change... and eventually if people want items and haven't bought discounted Crowns, they'll be forced to buy Crowns at regular prices or go without. I guess it all depends on how much time you spend in the game and whether or not the item(s) will help make that time more enjoyable.

Wait, they are not holding a gun to anyone's head. They are not saying you can't play our game if you don't buy the 21K pack. They are not coercing anyone into buying the 21K pack. The only reason I did is because I may want Hunters Glade when it comes out. If it meets my needs, dark and eerie and fun for my vamp and werewolves to run around in, I will buy it. If not, I'll have plenty of crowns for when they bring out the Frostcaster motif again.

Had to buy a 21k pack but hated the 30%, I want 50%. Had it been that I'd bought 3 21k and they would have seen more money from me. I'll keep support the game with uninterrupted subscription. I get a business is for profit but that milking should have a break at least once a year during Quakecon.

30% off the big pack was within the range of what I was willing to pay, while the 20% earlier this year was not. It's just a data point. If you want to hold out hoping for a 40% off on all packs then feel free, though. Maybe the data will demonstrate that that's the more profitable way to go, maybe it won't.
