Switch from unfurnished to furnished house?

Hello all -

As a Father's Day gift, I purchased a house in Elder Scrolls Online (my first one). I went with Alinor Crest Townhouse. In a rush of excitement, I accidentally bought the unfurnished version, but I really wanted the furnished version. Is there a way to reverse/refund my purchase? I don't see anything in game, but I hope I'm just missing something. I had enough crowns to buy the furnished version, I just misclicked in all of the excitement.

Maybe context support or write a ticket, I don’t see it being refundable.. ZOS aren’t so understanding with money.. They want every penny!

Okay, I submitted a ticket. Hopefully that works. I don't mind spending the extra crowns on the furnished version, I just clicked unfurnished in excitement

I actually agree with you. The problem is that I don't have a lot of free time and I lack a lot of the materials it would require to fully furnish the house. I started working on a single room, just to see what I can get going. I agree that its fun but I'd like to get the furnished option just for the rooms I don't have materials for.

I actually went and bought a few furnished homes and then collected all the furniture so I could decorate myself. This was because I couldn't be bothered crafting it all and buying the furnishing items seperately via crown store is more expensive.

I really wish there was an option to buy the furnishing package for houses bought already. Surely ZOS is missing out on people purchasing empty houses for gold but don’t want to handcraft and handpick furniture one by one.
