I am most confused by the 11 people who voted yes. The responses are not nearly as lopsided as I would have thought.

Okay, why not?
Money is a real super hero power as proven by some comedies, I mean comic. So you should be able to use it to take over the world.
Also, why not just make the whole thing a bidding process between faction rather then fighting. In current days, war only make sense when you can make money out of it, and winning the war in cyrodiil doesn't really make you any real money.
So, tl; dr, make love, not war.

I mean if you want to waste your real life money. Go right on ahead.

The ability to summarily execute another player, based on only their username is not available in the game.

The ability to summarily execute an entire group of players, based on their geographic area is not available in the game.

The ability to summarily execute all hostile players in the current Cyrodiil campaign is not present in the game.

So, yeah, even by your definition, those would all be P2W.

Pretty sure it's not just, "convenience." You see, I'm reasonably sure you're not up to the task of actually taking on everyone in any Cyrodiil campaign. See, some of the players there are simply better than you, or smarter, probably both. So, planning your mass murder extravaganza to claim the entire map runs up against one problem. The second problem being that even if you were capable of being an unkillable murder machine in PvP, you're just one person, and would be hard pressed to take emperor, much less secure the entire province, before your progress was erased behind you. To say nothing of your 1 man sieges going about as poorly as can be expected.

So, no, it's really not simple convenience, it's beyond your abilities.

Exactly. Killing players is very easy without using the Crown Store. All you have to do is get the assistance of your PVP guild, give them a player name & bamn, summarily executed.

If you want to kill a group of players in a particular geographic area all you have to do is /z Dirty Albion at Chal! and bamn! Entire Group, summarily executed.

Summarily executing all hostile players in Cyrodiil is very difficult but not impossible... with enough coordination & with the help of all the Scrolls and the Emperor on your side it could be possible.

All the OP wants is the option for the convenience of having items/abilities in the store that are readily available in game. Similar to Vampire bites, Lycanthropy, Horse training, research scrolls etc.[/quote]

No, what the OP wants is to be able to pay money, so that they can win. I understand this concept is tricky for you, but, we can probably abbreviate that down to a couple or three words.
