What are you asking about? Enchants or traits?

Typical DW setup for stamina around now is nirnhoned main hand with damage glyph (poison/disease, since it's boosted by CP), because main hand tooltip damage is included fully into weapon damage calculation, and infused off-hand with weapon damage enchantment, because only 17% (if memory serves) of off hand tooltip is included into weapon damage formula, but the weapon damage proc will still be utilized fully on off hand.

Yeah that's the current setup, but it's getting nerfed by several hundred DPS when wolfhunter comes out.

    PTS 4.1.0
Infused (Weapon): Fixed an issue where the cooldown reduction was applying to both of your Weapon Enchantments if you were dual wielding.

Ah - thanks for pointing that out, I forgot that tidbit was present in the upcoming patch. Though I'm not sure if that nerf will change the currently preferred setup to something else - yes, main hand enchantment will fire twice less often, but not sure yet whether making main hand infused (trade-off of weapon damage for damage glyph firing more often) would be better.

You also have the option to place the poison Glyph on an infused bow when wolfhunter comes out

    PTS 4.1.2
Enchantments now remember the weapon from which they were fired. This means if you fire a bow ability and weapon swap, when that bow ability deals damage, the enchantment on your bow will fire.

Endless hail will proc a bow enchantment even when you're on another weapon bar. This might..maybe make up the difference lost with the dual wield infused fix. Or maybe not, swapping from crafted poisons to a glyph on the bow wouldn't be as big a difference and I haven't tested it much.

Mages on the other hand are undoubtedly getting a buff from this change since an elemental glyph firing every two seconds with elemental Blockade is stronger single target DPS than placing a weapon damage enchantment on the back bar.
