How long is until I can fence more stolen goods?

I read that it resets at 10pm EST. I am still not able to fence stolen goods. Any one know?

its more likely 12pm est. since that is when the date changes.
Do note some countries have summer time now, when converting your time to game time.

When you are at the fence and have the fence tab open and you have hit your limit, there should be text at the bottom left of the window which indicates how much time till it resets.

For me, fence interactions reset at 10pm Central. That would be 11pm Eastern.
