Redownloading the client
It appears I am downloading the client again. Close to 23 gigs. I can't imagine an update that big. So why am I downloading the client again?

Did you download the Patch released yesterday? Did you delete any files or roll your computer back?
Try and close the launcher and start it up in administrator mode as well0 -
