So let me just say I hate maelstrom arena. I started off doing it on magicka nb because everyone told me that would be easy. It wasn't. It took me 3 months for my first clear and a broken mouse because I would get mad and slam it on my desk. That was almost 2 years ago. In between I did a few more on mag nb and a few on stam sorc. 12 runs total and I had most of what I needed. Today I had my 13th clear on stamplar just to be diffrent and I got my vma inferno and greatsword. I now have one of everything and never have to set foot in there again. The zos smiles upon me today

Shezzarrine✭✭✭✭✭Well I just had a run where I got a set of sword and board and duel weild for beating it 3 times in a row. I've gotten that combination 8 times out of 15 during this event. One bow, one ice staff, the rest has been a combination of two handers, duel weild, and sword and boards. My luck's got to change sometime right?0 -

✭✭I got my first inferno staff last night after 93 runs total. 13 of which were during the current double drop event.
That's 106 possible chances for a single inferno staff which should, in theory, have a 1 in 12 chance of dropping. That's a 0.0009% of occurring.0 -

coplannb16_ESO✭✭✭✭I got my first lightning staff from the weekly leaderboard reward last year. I was so happy. (was using double lightning back then, before they nerfed off-balance, power lash and heavy attacks ).
I did vma this event only once yet, 2 lightnings and 1 healing from leaderboard last weekend. so I guess Iam lucky cause at least my magwarden and sorc can each use one, plus sorc for the healing staff (thus in total I got 3 healing and 3 lightning, 1 inferno, 2 bows and crapload of everything else...)-
I will try to run it for my brother once tomorow. He is on vacation, maybe he gets lucky and gets something useful to play with when he is back...max level: mDK, stamBlade, stamSorc, magPlar, mDen, stamDen, magBlade, stamCro

Stop the grind! Get rid of stupid events and daily-quest gallore. Get rid of "have a chance of 1 in a million to get a piece of 1 in 30 to get a stupid motif or pet... wtf..."
And at this point just remove all classes and have everyone choose their set of skills. then balance accordingly to skills always used vs. skills never used.0
