Briarheart and uptime confusion.
Hello all 
There is something off with the Briarheart set on combat metrics and others atm. I dunno what it is, but maybe someone knows something?
The setup: StamSorc with Briarheart frontbar only. Two daggers, 3 body.
(VO,, stormfist, yadayada others - consistant in testing) anyway:
The set says uptime of 10 sec, cooldown 15 sec. So 5 sec with nothing, fair enough.
YET: The lowest uptime my Addons say is 90%, the highest on testing was 98%. 30+ test-dummy-runs is in between both of those numbers.
How is this possible? Does it mix the healing into it? How can I see what the actual uptime of Briarheart is? (the weapon dmg proc to be exact)

✭✭Count how many times it procced multiply it by 10 put it next to total duration of fight and you have uptime 2 -
Druid40✭✭✭✭Why don't they just make it 100% uptime? The healing is ok and the damage buff is good, but not amazing. Also, buff Trinimac's range and heal.0 -
Thanks for the replies. yeah I figured it must have been a visual glitch, looking at my average weapon dmg vs the proc amount according to Metrics Good to know!

✭✭✭✭✭Combat metrics seems to count the 5s of cooldown as uptime as well. So your real uptime is 2/3 of whatever CM says.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭I brought this to the attention of the Combat Metrics author about a year ago and he said he would look into it. I guess he can't fix it.
What is happening is the addon is counting every time the set should proc, even if the proc is on CD. The result is that you will see a near 100% uptime on the buff. Mine is usually 94-96%. The small difference is the fraction of a second or so after the 15 seconds are up and there is no proc happening. 15/16 ~ 94%
