Why did I not get my rewards from the weekly asylum and vma in the mail!?

Heard from a few other people they ran the weekly asylum and vma for the weekly and did not get rewards in mail too like wtf!

mmolegends44✭✭✭on console its closed had over 65k score and vma was over 580k got no mail yes I checked the character I did it on didn't get nothing.0
