PS4 NA Lag out issues

Hey ZOS,
These issues have been persistent since Summerset has dropped.
1. Constant lag out when too much animation is happening
2. Poor frame rates just randomly.
I’m using a PS4 pro with a 1000/400 fibre optic connection here in Australia.
On the NA server
I believe it’s all server side.
I know I’m not the only one that is experiencing these issues, if anyone else here’s on the forums experience issues as mentioned above, please reply to the thread, so that someone notices and hopefully works on fixing the issue.
