Why is it taking so long to rez to a Forward camp?

The camp is gone before I rez and it takes forever. Also taking for ever to go to another location in Cryodiil

To be fair that's happened since launch, as have long, long rez/loading times. Not quite like nowadays, though. There are longer loading screens in Cyro, but the FC one has consistently been longer than the previous unacceptable wait.1 -
