that's excellent you are working on both your crafting stuff - and, leveling your character up the pvp ranks...as i"m sure you've noticed, experience helps a whole lot in pvp...

2 million AP will buy you a whole bunch of monster set pieces...

food/drink buff wise - I'd go with dubious camoran...

your gear sets will depend on your playstyle a bit...if you use your bow a bunch - marksmans crest is good...if you like to poison folks - morag tong...

if your trying to defile and bleed folks to death: ward of cyrodiil and twin sisters...

if you like to brawl - mix 2 pieces of heavy armor and either jewelry or weapons and go with 7th legion...or, dreugh king slayer (easy dungeon to farm)...

5 pc dreugh king slayer and 5 piece markman's crest and another 2 pieces which will give you either additional stamina or weapon damage should work fine...

sounds like you're doing well already...

what rotations do you like to use on your weapon bars?

are you quickslotting potions?

holy cow - you are simply speeding up the ranks

sounds like you are doing great with your gear and skills...

once midyear mayhem is over the golden will start selling monster pieces again...

be it offense or defense, those monster sets really help a character out quite a bit...

that's great you're trying a bunch of different skills, that's definitely the best way to go about figuring out which skills work best for your character...

I'm kind of sad to see the event coming to an end...it's great having the extra bodies out there on the map...

that's way cool...

I have about 15 or so of the gladiator proofs...I'm thinking I may just hold them until I have enough (50) to buy the whole costume which is coming out with the next dlc release (Gina mentioned it in the PTS notes thread)...

my stamplar uses molag kena (already have increased weapon/spell damage enchants on weapons) a lot in pvp just to try to produce more damage (he's in 7 heavy)...it's a sustain nightmare at times (particularly battlegrounds), but, he manages (barely )...

the other set he uses mostly is engine guardian...he's werewolf - so, at times i'll equip maw of the infernal just to see the deadroth tagging along and fighting with the werewolf...it looks cool to me

for your character - maybe bloodspawn for added protection and ult regen...there are a few stamina focused damage sets, troll king is almost always useful for defense (pairs well with being a vamp), or, even mix: one piece velidreth and one piece kena or kra'gh, or, something to give you added stamina/magicka like domihaus...

it'll take you a while (maybe a few months or so), to build a collection of useful monster pieces, but, it is definitely well worth it...particularly if you don't enjoy running pledge dungeons...

although, i wouldn't mind having some of the weapons - i've barely made it our of the first stage of the maelstrom arena...i just don't have the patience or inclination for it...

whenever i see someone with stormproof or even flawless conqueror - my hat goes off to them...

on the map that i play (ps4/na/vivec) - the pops started dying down last monday actually...i really wish they would host more pvp events throughout the year...

there are still 2 xivkyn polymorphs I'd like to collect and, I need to collect some more tel var to buy those 1,500 tel var boxes that have a chance of dropping those polymorphs - plus, IC is one of my favorite places to pvp in...

I don't use any of the gear sets from IC any more...I did wear the phoenix and black rose sets for a while...

buying those boxes for the polymorphs, or, using tel var to buy those tri glyphs (haeikijo) runes still interest me...the waxed apocothery satchels are also pretty useful...

I just don't go to IC much to fight because I make such poor AP while I'm there normally...

for a few years now I've tried to get all my characters (10 now) to 100k AP in the campaign...

earning AP is much easier these days than it was in the past, but, it still takes me a good 20 or so days out of the 30 to get everyone to that level...

I really enjoy the pve aspect of IC though, I have 4 characters who've finished the main quest there...

one of these days I'm hoping to complete that one quest: defeat molag bal's temple forces - by myself...

just recently took a trip to the center with a buddy of mine, unfortunately there were no enemy or ally players there, so, we left...

see general aklash in the corner of the first room you enter from cyro...she tells you to go find drake of blades (neat character)...

afterwards you'll go up in each of the six districts, plant your banner, and, complete a quest for someone standing on the alliance district platform...

the quest for the temple district consists of fighting a really tough daedric titan (defeat molag bal's temple forces)...

I always have a hard time sustaining during that quest, and, end up needing help...twice I completed the quest with someone from a different alliance

ugh, just bought 20 boxes, zero polymorphs :'(
