Lamiai✭✭✭✭Do you get any tick at all? running any add-ons which keep track of them? Roughly what kinda time period are you at the keep for the battle?

I know it's a silly question, but I see players asking in zone chat, then responding "What scroll" when asked.
Plus, they changed how d ticks work. The more you participate, the more ap you get. If you're just standing around, yeah you'll get the base ap, but those players actively defending are going to get way more.
Not saying that's your case personally, just putting some reasoning out there.1 -

Lamiai✭✭✭✭Yea get the add-on like I said above. Don't leave it to memory when ticks roll in all the time now with how they changed the mechanics of it. Iv'e checked through logs and seen big ticks I had no idea I received because I was in a fight at the time and not looking at whats incoming, if you believe you are not getting any Ticks and are actually part of a defense/ attack I'd suggest hitting up support in game for real help.

✭✭Yesterday we deffed a keep for 20 mins+. Full pact def vs full dagger siege vs a handful of dominions.
Def tick 0k, 1k, 4k, 172k. I got 1k for fiering off my siege for almost 20 mins and engaging in combat, a friend of mine and various party members got nothing, while some ppl riding by the keep after the siege got 172k. Most of my party did not get 172k or close to that.
