Why? nAS and nCR are easy and do virtually nothing to prepare players for vAS HM and vCR HM.
Nope.
vMA is doable with practice. If you need the vMA staff to do hard content you are going to need to be stormproof at least anyway. So focus on getting vMA done, when its done you are good enough for the vMA weapon to matter.
Sure, make the current weapons imperfect. And then add new perfected weapons with 1p stat bonuses that require a sigil-free no-save run to get.

No, but I would like perfect runs to give perfect weapons and runs with deaths to give the regular weapons. If you want the weapons you need to earn them by doing vma

Many times, people just want to play the content and feel satisfied with their level of skill. But when you are in that in betwen right now.. what happens is that you end up just not playing the game at all because you end up being made to feel utterly incompetent by the more elite players, whom, no matter what will always steamroll content.
Nope. Maybe better gear for a perfect VMA run. Definitely not increased rewards for nMA.

Competent players became competent players because they practiced and surround themselves with like minded people. People don't start off as great out of the box. You have to put in effort and then that effort will eventually pay off in the end.
In the end, obtaining great gear will do nothing for if you can't overcome challenges and learn the nuances the game has to offer
