So I was showing off yet another one of my masterpiece decorated houses to a friend and he was bowled over by the glorious beauty of it.
He quipped, "I wish I could rent this place from you!".
That made me think, what a wonderful idea for players who haven't accumulated wealth. Putting your house on a rental merchant to compete with other houses and letting the new tennant take full advantage of your crafting and storage functionalities.

Delphinia✭✭✭✭✭Interesting idea! I’ve been approached before by a few players who enjoy rp, asking to use my homes. I’ve always said while I don’t rp, my homes certainly do. There’s a story with each one.

Selthia✭✭✭I love this idea! It would be nice to be able to also rent out the houses you don't have marked as Primary Residence. Could be an unofficial end game of sorts for those who don't plan on raiding - collect all the houses, decorate the hell out of them, rent them out and become Tamriel's lead landlord.
