Are you using the banker follower or an actual town banker?

Only the banker in towns will have the guild store and guild bank options. Personal banker NPC and bankers in Thieve's Refuges do not have those options.

yes I have tried in the Craglorn bank. Not outlaw refuge, but the actual bank lady that always warns you about uncertainty in Belkarth but I should rest assured they'll take good care of my valuables (you know the line).

Also tried Daggerfall bank. Both only gives those 2 options: Bank and Goodbye.

what? I dont understand. non stop report at dolmens and then you get muted? Is that was have happened to me? I haven't been playing dolmens at all, and I am not muted though, I can talk in zone chat and also in the guilds I am a member of...?

Please can you tell if you have the same problem as me or not? Do you also experience the problem where you can only see "Bank" and "Goodbye" at banker?

Really that sounds weird. Im not muted from talking in zone chat or in guilds or anything, I can whisper to others etc. Also I have checked my mail there is nothing from ZOS or Bethesda, except back from May when I reported some bots I got a confirmation about the ticket for each of the bots I reported, but that's it.

unable to send mail and open guild store , yes
for me was every time after I farmed dolman

its super weird I havent been near dolmens, and I haven't had guild bank activity for like 14 days except depositing low value items Im hoping will one day become valuable.... oh I have had 1 donation for raffle tickets of 100.000 gold by mail to the guildmaster of the trade guild I am member of. Surely that can't be what is causing this??
