Imbue weapon and master-at-arms

I just started to use imbue weapon from the Psijic skill line. Quite like it. I was looking at the wiki page for the skill and it mentions that master-at-arms star in the talents increases damage of imbue weapon, does anyone know for sure if that is true? And also is there other sorc spells that it will also affect? Like daedric prey etc?
The in game descriptions are not exactly detailed imo

✭✭✭✭✭Yes Master at Arms will increase Elemental Weapon, as well as Daedric Prey, Force Pulse/Crishing Shock, Crystal Frags, Mages Wrath/Endless Fury, your light attacks, the first impact of Meteor, and any other instant burst damage that is not considered a DoT (damage over time).Edited by WrathOfInnos on August 1, 2018 2:45PM0 -
