Yeah maintenance at peak playing time sucks. It happens on all MMOs though. I had the same problem when I played WoW. I guess there just aren't enough of us in Aus to worry about

Actually... the release of Wolfhunter DLC isn't until August 13 for PC/Mac and August 28 for PS4/Xbox. The Wrothgar event does start August 2 though

That & the Xbox EU server was unplayable on Sunday night for about 6-8 hours so 3 times in a week yeah I get ya1 -

Well, the banner up top did say that maintenance would be today.
Why Kai Schober, who seems to be restricted to the German forum in his official capacity, is the only ZOS employee able or willing to give any additional info though...Beats me. Can't be that hard to put up a notice "data center maintenance yadda yadda, expected to be up about late afternoon CEST/before noon EST".
I'm quite sure that there isn't any European English-speaking CM, the English forum is run by the US CMs/mods.0 -

I am sure this maintenance will be no different. Several hours of down time and the patch notes will show a few minor bugs being fixed, skills that were not working as intended nerfed etc, etc, etc.

From what I understand from other posts, this isn't a normal ZoS maintenance, it's a datacentre maintenance. In which case, nothing in the game will have changed – there is no patch and ZoS didn't really have any control over it.
