Need help on making a good build for templar, sorcerer and dragon knight for tanks

Looking for the best build I made it to champion rank 166 and level 50 for templar I want do a good build for her but have no clue. I have a sorcerer level 10 I don't know what to do with that character so helpful tips is needed as well for dragon knight. I want to some helping but mostly tanking.

if you hlep it hee is my build for tmelar tank, which i using http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Special:EsoBuildData?id=66778 have tanked with him all dungeons and most of veteran trials withut problems.
