Who can we call or contact to let ZOS know that the XBOX EU has log in issues?

Who on the weekend can we contact to let ZOS know the XBOX EU servers have log in issues? @ZOS_GinaBruno , @ZOS_JessicaFolsom , @ZOS_GaryA , @ZOS_AlanG , @ZOS_BillE , @ZOS_MichaelServotte , @ZOS_Dan ? I could probably keep naming @zos employees and maybe I should but on the weekend it seems if there are issues it takes a long time to get a response from ZOS....
Anyways I have created a ticket for this issue but it seems the servers for XBOX EU are no longer accepting logins. We can log into the NA servers just fine! Oh and if you are currently playing.. do not log off or crash because you will not get back on. My fiance was playing the whole time I was trying to get logged in but I talked her into letting me reset the home router and now neither of us can log back into the game!!
*sigh* Weekend time and we can't even play!

Hrolthar✭✭✭Must be at the server limit. If more people would stop playing then some could log in. Stop playing otherwise it's selfish. Let others play, all 2 of them that will be left soon. /sarcasm0 -
Hammy01✭✭✭✭✭It would actually be nice if after a couple of hours we could at least acknowledge there is issues. I honestly do not know of any company with a large customer base that Zos has that does not have 24hr customer service. This is what separates Zos from other great game developers and that is very poor customer service. Zeni could at least say something on the forums about the current situation and at least let us know they are working very hard to fix the issue!!
@ZOS_KaiSchober - Do you have any idea what is going on right now with the Xbox Eu servers (involving log in issues)?
