Veteran Dragonstar Arena - Missing Narrator Dialogue

When: At the start of a new stage.
Every Stage?: nope just a few stages including last boss.
What happens: No dialogue is heard prior to the stage beginning.
What is meant to happen: Narrator gives an introduction to the current stage. The dialogue is important to know when a round is about to begin, especially on the last boss, to place dots & buff up before enemies appear.
Since when has this been happening: Few weeks now, possibly since Summerset was released but unsure.
