I know not everyone is having this problem, but for those that are it is pretty disgusting:
300 ping (Aussie default) that immediately goes up to 999+, even after reducing everything to Minimum settings from Ultra. Unable to log in or thrown back out after entering the game, regardless of where the character is located. It actually was better during USA primetime compared to AUD primetime, since then I could still do content outside of Cryodiil. Now I can't stay in the game period, a mere half day after normal game performance that let me do all content smoothly.
This is emergency maintenance level stuff, ZOS.

As a fellow Aussie but, I feel your pain. Our pings for any game are generally crap.
