PS4 NA Server Lag unbearable

Hello!

I play from Brazil so I'm kind of used with a little bit of delay in my skills bar swap and rotations.
I don't know how but in the last couple of days the lag is getting so bad that I had to quit playing!
I first tought it was my connection but other games like Destiny 2 are working perfectly.

Is there anything you could tell me about it?
Is there something I can do to try and improve things on my end?

@ZOS_BillE im having the same problem, when at night every single activity in game is impossible to the point i just quit and go play another game, even before the event

I'm also having a problem with connections that started when Midyear Mayhem started. In cyrodiil I can't even play anymire. Also the only game I'm having issues with is eso. I just persuaded someone to get the game on pc fir the event. They're gonna kill me...

Hi Billie!
Did as you suggested, opened the ports like the troubleshooting says and all but nothing changed.
In fact, since the last server reset, now I'm being kicked out of the game too and receiving a message to check my connection..
Other online games, like Destiny 2, running smoothly.
Internet test on PS4 working properly.

If you've went through each connection troubleshooting steps and still have bad lag, you should contact customer support who can look into what else may be causing the connection issues.

Lol... the troubleshooting thing is so laughable. Everyone is experiencing lag - it must be all our faults... but wait? What is the one thing we ALL have in common? We are all using Zenimax servers... Maybe we should start at what we have in common first? Too much common sense? Maybe.
