Can anyone list the unique wyrd tree set you have seen that you have screenshots for? & how to get?

Pretty simple, I find a lot of the info out there is so outdated or doesn't have all the info and I am genuinely curious on the wyrd tree set pieces and what quests or bosses and so forth you have to do to get them. I've searched uesp as well as some other sites and I know there are some odd end pieces out there, including armor pieces but no one has those listed.

Any just a short FYI the set wyrd tree is based of used to drop as the golden saint style. What's up with that?
