Aldmeri Text/Runes

Does anyone happen to have a chart or table showing the (I assume Aldmeri) runes that you find on runestones and what there approximate translation is? The Summerset Isle poster is also a good source for reading and translating the runes from my approximation

Thanks! I found that awhile back but looks like it has been updated? So I guess the text we see falls under the Falmer alphabet. The runes in the poster match the runes in the chart.

You can transliterate "Alinor", even "SUMMERSET" and other names in english X)
